A bit bloated from dinner  I was planning in posting pics only at the fish oil thread as a before and after but might as well post now of breasts since I'm doing the flax seed oil massage   My waist is barely visible since I gained another inch and a half on it  Please don't quote!!!!

Sexyandfamous ur lucky i wish i had a 24 inch waist :( my measurements are 35,27,38-1/2 i have a weird body. The measurements are all weird lol. Wish it was more like 35, 24, 40 lol

  36D-27-42.5 and luvin every minute :-) llol found my old progress pics...... This FORUM IS A GOLDMINE of INFORMATION Weight Train, Maca, PM, water instead of soda, and fresh food instead of junk..... THATS ALL YOU GOTTA DO

Unfortunatly, a lot of my weight was lost thru an eating disorder but along the way ive learned a lot of healthy diet/ exercise theorys/ tips/ etc. Over eating and under eating are really similar states of mind. When ppl ask me for weight loss tips, my main points are 1) cut down sugar 2) more water 3) more fresh food/ less preservatives/ unnatural ingredients 4) any kind of cardio for 30-60 min regularly. But honestly changing your thoughts/ attitude/ habits/ dealing with crappy emotional stuff will make the biggest difference (and contributes to long term success just as much as good diet and exercise
biggest mental changes i had to make to lose weight
•noticing binge times, triggers (bad day, while doing homework, on computer)
•notice what foods i was craving (chocolate, sweets, and salt) and why (reminds me of family food, cheap, buying that food out of habit before school/ work)
•identify what was healthy in my diet and eat that instead of bad stuff
•find exercise i loved and look forward to doing everyday
•just got absolutely sick of being fat and decided i would not put up with it one more day
