Thanks everybody! 
I ordered my supplies (just bac water, mixing syringe, and an empty vial) and my hcg.. and it took FOREVER for it to come. But I'm on VLCD 1 and after the load period I had.. I was actually looking forward to it. I mean, I ate some horrible things.

I'm only going to do a 26 day round. Considering how much I gained, I'm excited to see the scale move in the opposite direction.

Keep us posted on your results.  I am considering a short round myself after labor day.  I just finished my labs and should have results in a few weeks. I'll have a better guide of my nutritional standings after the results.

I'm down 6 lbs since Tuesday. I find myself missing food although I admit I'm not particularly hungry. I'm also getting bored so im tryin to stay motivated.

I've been researching and my metabolic damage issues.  Had a whole bunch of labs done and I have an appointment at the end of the month with my new doctor.  I'm being treated for hypothyroid issues and adrenal fatigue.  I plan to do a 26 day round this month.  I now understand why Dr Simeon had 4 phases.  It is required to avoid metabolic damage in the long term.  ****HCG LESSONS**** still learning.

Hello all! Well, the old girl is back up to 233. Not good at all!
I just mixed my last vial for drops and will be placing an order today for more vials although I know they won't be here by the time I need them.

hey everyone. well i started a semester and things were going well with maintaining my losses. Then I had several trips to the hospital including another surgery for kidney stones + trying to keep up with school = stress eating/energy drinks = weight creeping up.

my protein amount is limited now that i know what kind of stones I have (calcium oxalate) which works with the diet. I do have to avoid strawberries and spinach which were mainstays in my previous rounds. So this will be tough. I also can't have coffee


missy, i'm so glad you're getting those adrenal issues treated. i knows its been a struggle for you

@Southern, you got this too.  I'm glad you have more information on your stones.  Load Well.

I'm gonna mix tonight (if I have a mixing needle).  I have a doctors appointment on September 27th and  my period FINALLY left after 10days.  Stern Smile I'm about 3-4 lbs over my lowest weight which isn't bad but not cool. I lift HEAVY 5 days a week and I rarely do cardio. Most days I eat 1700-2000 calories a day. I can get a 3 week round in before my doctor's appointment. I know I'll have to adjust my lifting style for this.

Hey, everyone. Hope all is well. I've finally finished my injections and will be full fledged P3 starting tomorrow morning. I'm very excited to expand my food choices. I'm planning on having chicken thighs and a piece of avocado. It feels weird knowing that I'm going back to having breakfast again. I think I'm going to have to make a real effort to avoid undershooting my calorie mark.

I will be challenged right away. I'm going to Jamaica on Wednesday for 11 days. ALL those things I love (Hardo bread, beef patties, dumpling, festival, plantain, red pea soup, stewed peas, rice, mangoes, Devon House ice cream, ect.) will be in my face and I can't have any Cry. I'll just suck it up and eat a lot of steamed cabbage, fish, ackee and saltfish and chicken.
