I'll probably do another round early September.  I have 2 more injections left.  Haven't really lost much (due to my adherance issues).  I started exercising regularly this week.  Morning cardio and evening lifting.  My cardio is walking at a moderate pace and I work up to a easy run/walk.  Lifting is "hard core".  I am sore as hell but that's to be expected considering how long I've been away.

Was losing daily then I shot up 3lbs this morning. Not sure what it was but today will be a low carb day

I just started my first round of injections on Friday and I've lost 4 lbs so far. Can't say I'm surprised as there's a ton of fat to choose from. I anticipated feeling extremely hungry, especially after my gorge days (didn't care for all that eating), but it never happened. Had a slight headache from no carbs, which was a pleasant surprise. I only feel a twinge of hunger after I eat my last meal, but after I finish my water it's fine. I hope the food doesn't get boring and looking forward to continued weight loss.

Awesome!!!!  Keep up the good work!  I'm not doing a round now (on P3/4) but I always check this thread to support others.  Its a lot of good HCG-appropriate foods out there. I've been checking out IG and this thread has good links to reference.

I was just checking out the first pages and the awesome recipes. I might have to adjust some of them to fit my P2 protocol, but they'll definitely be keepers when I get to P4.

I'm back! I got married, went on my honeymoon and ate everything on the damn island. Came home, started trying to get pregnant, ate like I already was pregnant.. and now I'm on the fluffy bus. 

So. I think I need to drop 20 before I start trying to get knocked up again. I'm going back to page one to read up on this thread. I need supplies, namely, bariostatic water (I have a ton of syringes). I have to go through my old emails to find the site I got the Ovidac from. But, yeah, I'm back in the struggle sistahs!

I'm in Phase 4 and still maintaining. I had a slight bump over the 2 lbs and I have it under control. I'm eating high fat/protein and low carbs.  I actually like it.  My calories are up to 2000 calories and I have more energy.  I was thinking about doing a short round in September. I am also thinking of training for a physique competition (goal).  I started back lifting heavy 5 days a week and now need to add cardio. I also confirmed my hypothyroidism and using a natural desiccated support.  I'm doing labs and reviewing the results before I decide on next steps.

I've been pretty rebellious these last few days. My protocol is so damn boring and I still have another 2+ weeks to go. I haven't gained so I'm fine with that. I'm gonna stick it out, but P3 can't get here fast enough for me.
