@Southern.......  if you're not ready to restart....  don't press it.  Just take the time that you need.
 
I was really pressed to do a quick P3/4 but now that I have the hypothyroid awareness.... I believe that will be the key to doing well on HCG next time.  www.jackkruse.com has upcoming info on HCG and progesterone and WATER.  Before the last round I was not drinking enough water.  That is one of the key parts to doing well on HCG and keeping the weight off.  My numbers look subpar but people are constantly commenting on my weightloss.  No lose skin and no gaunt looking appearance..... so even though my numbers lost is lower than I'd like..... I STILL WON on HCG.
Today is Day#3 without the injection. I will start increasing my calories tomorrow.
 
Hope everyone else on HCG is doing well.

You have released an average of 0.54 per day..that is over 1/2 a POUND! That is actually really good! So don't get down on yourself. I'm glad you caught it that your weer under dosing but if your not feeling hungry then you may not need to go to 200iu per day. Maybe more like 125...
