Hi Ladies!  VLCD 14 and I'm only down 7.6 pounds Unhappy.   I'm not giving up!  I just realized that I have been under dosing on my injections.   I was thinking I was injecting 200iu a day but I was only injecting 100iu a day (25 units on the diabetic needle).  I believe that is where my problem is.   I injected the correct amount (50 units on the diabetic needle) today and am hopeful that my losses will increase.    Everyone keep up the good work!!  I will try to check in more often Big smile.

Found out I'm Hypothyroid....  gotta research and self treat before my next round.  I think fixing my thyroid and adrenals will help me next round.  I've been struggling with dissatisfaction at work.... very similar to depression which is likely related to my thyroid.  Otherwise, labs are great.  HsCRP = 0.04 and vitamin D3 is 72 (80 is optimal).

I am still in p3 maintaining a 30lb loss. I load 4/15 and I just ordered my HCG.
