According to USPS my order cleared customs on 2/17. Weird cause it was a Sunday. I'm not complaining though!! Can't wait to get started.

I am in need of help anyone. i started the diet on Tuesday last week. i qm injecting subq once a day. Day 1 to 5 i was losing about 1-1.4lb a day all of a sudden i am starting to gain weight. Day 5 i admit i did cheat a bit. I had two pieces of roast ribs. my water intake has reduced. Could this be causing the weight gain. Is there anything i could do. please help

What is your dosage??  How many ius??  Are you hungry??
Step1=> BACK TO STRICT PROTOCOL. Sometimes a small minor cheat has lasting effects.  If you adhere to protocol, you should resume losing within 3 days. Some cheats cause delays up to 14 days.  Get your water up to 1/2 your bodyweight.  Keep a food journal and plan your meals.  The cheats are NOT worth it. I'm a chronic cheater that has learned my lesson.
