Well you have to try. Don't condemn yourself before you even get there. You won't fail because you want it so much and you don't want all your hard work to be in vain. Besides we will be here edging you on. Def get your menu together for P3 and have lots of variety.

I agree with Madame Pink--- You won't fail!! I was planning on asking about your P3 plan yesterday. I have not successfully done a P3 either. I think I put more effort into P2 and neglect the same level of planning. P3 will be a SUCCESS....... We got this!!

I think it was the addition of protein. I did three meals yesterday. I had 3 boiled eggs but only ate the yolk of two for . Then lunch and dinner was chili and roman lettuce. I last ate that I think about 6. And before I went to sleep I ate a piece of laughing cow swiss cheese. Drank nothing but lemon water and green tea. Will eat the same foods and see what happens. Will only eat the cheese if I feel I need a small snack.

MP what round and phase are you on because you are having amazing results? I can't wait until I get to phase 2 or I have to find ways to vary my meals because I'm so bored with the selection. I guess I can't complain because I am still losing with these boring foods.

This is actually my third time. I won't say round because I never successfully complete my rounds. First two times I did P2 for over 40 days lose well and do p3 for a few weeks. Then stop and gain a 2/3 of what I had lost. You should be be in Phase 2 already. Phase one is just a detox if you choose to do. Phase 2 is the very low calorie days. I took some suggestions from the other ladies food menus and went to the grocery store with a plan. Me and this chili will be best friends. I know the weight loss slows at times but my goal is 4-5lbs a week on this extended round.

Southern keep going. I'm so inspired by your results and commitment. You will be fine because you seem to make really good decisions so you'll know when you've gone to far with something.
Hey Missy our exercise/info guru. Can you please channel some of that exercise commitment my way so that I get to the fitness club later?
R1P1VLCD 34 -1lb release I may extend this round. I'm tired of the food selection, but scared to go on to phase 2. I'm going to pray on it.

Girrrrl, after seeing Kelly Rowland's body at the superbowl, I'm about to waist train/HCG and WHATEVER ELSE!! LOL Sending you exercise commitment telepathy your way!!
Evening workouts are hard for me. I start work later (9:30am) so I go to the gym at 7am most days. I love lifting weights. It makes me feel like a "bad ass" because I'm so strong. I used to be a cardio junkie/runner but not anymore. I rarely stay in the gym past 45-60mins on ANY day.
What do you normally eat?? What foods are you bored with?? I love veggies. I had greens (mustard/turnips/collards) in the freezer and thats what I'm having today. I'm gonna make that shrimp jambalaya what southern posted earlier in the thread with cauliflower rice. I finally found a seasoning packet that was HCG approved (no sugar). I have shrimp sushi on my list of foods to do for P2.

Well whatever you're doing it's working. LOL! I didn't realize there was a phase before the VLC phase. I guess I'm indeed on phase 2.

Missy thank you and Madam Pink for replying. You really will make your weight loss goals and I could tell you were into fitness because no matter what your day was like food wise you always made mentioned of working out. I have to become disciplined like that.
A normal day would start with coffee or tea then late lunch after 1pm of chicken breast, or shimp, fish or a little beef patty. Veggies selection range from cumcumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, green lettuce, (I only do one veggie per meal) and my breadstick. I need to do more water, but water thoughout the day then dinner around 7pm selecting one meat, veggie and breadstick from the items above.
