Ok thanks I wonder what kind I can find at Whole Foods. I so hate to go there. I always spend so much.
I stopped going to Whole Foods.  I would spend $100+ and only have 1 friggin bag.  I always shop at Trader Joe's. I have to go to Safeway/Dominick's for grissini and I have banned myself from there. Grass Fed chicken costs as much as grass fed beef.  I would rather buy beef anyway.

Damn GissiniAngry!!!  I said I wasn't going to buy them because I know me.....but I gave in Cry

I saw a few items that were actually better nutrition wise than the grissini and melba. Less everything in them. Dang I have to see if I can find the name. I took them out my cart because I had visions of me eating them all in one sitting. Tried the grissini first round...learned my lesson.

i didn't even bother to purchase melba or grissini this round

I'm having a hard time finding Walden Farms in any stores.  I may have to stop at the Safeway that sells the Grissini--- never thought to look there. Stern Smile  Maybe next couple of weeks....not worth the risk right now. LOL

Oh last week I had left over ranch dip from when my nieces was over. For some reason with everything else I did not throw it out. It came in handy. I took my forbidden chicken, cabbage (warmed just slightly as it was already steamed) chopped a tomato and added 1 tsp of ranch dressing and mixed it all up. I figured it should not be bad as 2 Tbsp was 60 calories and 5 grams of fat. Still lost. Ate that two times one day. The last time was like an hour before bed. Woke up with over a 1lb lost.

@Southern.... How is waist training??  MadamePink are you waist training too??  I wanna order a "REAL" corset.  Any suggestions?   I need something for my lower tummy too.  I have control briefs but hope I can get a corset that will help.
