Ok so I was soooo tired of chicken breast. Tired is not the word. I am not a fan on or off diets. So I only had chicken thighs and legs in my freezer and chicken breast. I was not eating the breast. No way no how. So I boiled the chicken quarters. Seasoning really well. Then I took them out after they were done...I cooked like two hours on high. Cooked so long to get as most fat out as possible. Then I broiled them in the oven to get more fat out. Then I removed the skin and threw it away. Last I picked the meat very thoroughly. This is what I ended up with. Hope these darn pics post.
