Popping in before my day gets out of control.  VLCD 29 - -19 total.  Gonna work extra hard to get a -1lb today so I can celebrate my first goal (-20).  I'm tried of eating the same foods.  I have to figure out a way to spice up the food groups on phase 1.

i didn't realize when i posted yesterday that i met my goal measurement (for this round) for my lower stomach/tire. Today, I exceeded that goal by 0.5 inches

I don't want this food today. Cry I rather eat nothing. Trying to choke down this chicken and spinach. I want to go to bed.

I can't eat this. About to go mix a green smoothie. Least I can chug it down quick. It tastes pretty sweet so I really hate it but gotta get something in my system. I am going to have to start making my own from scratch so I can have it not be sweet.

@MadamePinkStar--- Do you have a FAV HCG meal?  Maybe you can find one.  I like HCG chili over lettuce as a taco salad.  I also like the baked cinnamon apples. Also, I think P90X would be too much cardio on HCG.  I love strength training anytime.
@ToniStar--- no worries.
@LovilyLocsStar--- Awesome results!!

Chest/Arms --Chest Press (2 sets)/Incline Chest Press(2 sets)/Superset Biceps/Tricepts +

(I do a modified version of this to supplement my current LeanGains workout)

A1: Alternating Lunges

A2: Pull ups

B1: Standard Pushups

B2: Chair Squat

C1: Push-outs

C2: Plank
