I totally understand! I think I'm going to make me some but not yet. All this exercise I'm doing I'm not trying to do anything else that might affect my losses. TOM will make you crave stuff bad! LOL

Hey ladies..here is my check in for today.. Ugh I gained  But I think I know why. I made miracle noodles last night for my lunch for today and I ate some of them. They were so good. Ughhhh On top of that I worked out last night. So I think the .4 gain is a combo of both. I def didn't drink enough water yesterday. I usually drink half my body weight yesterday I only got in 50 ozs if that. So yea there you have it... R3 P2 D4 Start Weight: 215.4 Today Loss: +0.4 Current Weight: 212 R3 total releases: -3.4 Toni~

I will be more interested in my losses next week.
Gotta
get more water in today barely did 40 oz. Did not work out last night.
But I was cleaning and reorganizing which included some heavy lifting
and pulling. Made me sore enough.
I am going to wrap my stomach
versus just wearing my squeem or corsets. I do have a waist training
corset but I have not learned to tie it myself so its been sitting
there.Will watch some more youtube videos. The bandages I will use come
today so I will do it tonight.
I plan to keep it wrapped the duration of this round. Will be keeping pics and measurements as well.

AM workout = legs
My numbers appear dismal but I know I've lost noticeably more inches due to comments from others.
Everybody hang tough and stay focused on your goals/success.

I need to reorder. Thanks for posting this as I need to compare prices/service.
I'm interested in that book. I wonder if it will help me in the middle of my round. Excuse Begone has sparked my mindset evaluation. I started last night with positive thinking when I went to sleep. I slept better. Not sure if it was that or melantonin and magnesium too.
