chicken fried "rice" meh, kinda looks like mash in the pic but it was good 1/2 bag of frozen cauliflower turned rice, 1/2 a baked chicken breast, 2 eggs, broccoli, and of course i love onions (3 portions)

Anyone do coconut oil? It is not on protocol for this phase however I compared my last round and my 1st round and my losses (stomach fat) was better the 1st round I did coconut oil. I will monitor the scale like a hawk once I introduce it.

i tried it, but i gained. The results seem to be 50/50 on hcgdietinfo forums i love it in coffee though and cooking with it. i'll be all over it in p3

I haven't tried it this go around. only because I don't have any but what I use in my hair and umm I'm definitely not eating that lol. But I have used it to make chocolate delight in the past. It never affected my releases but everyone is different. Toni~

I think I will try cooking with it every other day versus everyday and see how it goes.

Thank you Southern. Nope not this time :) As long as I'm losing and fitting into "old" clothes I'm ok with it. I know it won't be long before I truly hit onederland. Toni~
