Wow Toni!  You're doing/looking great.  I don't know how I missed your pic post.  We must have been online and posting around the same time.  Thanks for sharing, this is very encouraging.
 
Southern I'm so glad you getting some rest.  Lack of sleep is no joke!

Re Supplements===  I think Vitamin D3 is CRITICAL.  I would recommend taking vitamin D3 daily (5000iu).  I live in the Midwest and work indoors and had previous deficiencies with Vitamin D3.  I take 10000iu daily (liquid).  It helps with mood/depression/hormone balancing.  I STRONGLY recommend it.  It affects your weightloss ability too.

Gearing up for another round. Will load starting tomorrow even though I really have no appetite and TOM will not leave me alone. I look forwarded to chatting with everyone and getting/giving some motivation.

Welcome back madame pink!!

this weekend was no good to me. or rather i was no good to myself except that i worked out
i ate 3 pieces of pizza friday night and i felt full until the next night on saturday. 
saturday i woke up midday and just felt horrid and tired. didnt take drops
today, sunday, i didnt wake up til 1pm and im about to go back to bed already

last night i did a detox bath hoping to get back on track, but my muscles are still sore, sleep is still off, and I didn't sweat it out/let the water get hot enough...usually a detox bath has immediate results

anyway, this is day 20. up 2lbs. maintaining measurements. 
and going back to sleep.

talk to you ladies in the morning.

i need to get outside more for some natural vitamin d
im supposed to be getting a light therapy lamp to help with depression
