just came across a website selling hcg and overpriced squeems and calling it their own. people are out here getting duped. bhm has been doing both for years |
think i'll use their idea
gonna start wearing my corset again at night
actually will try several 24 hour challenges (wearing my waist trimmer/sweat belt instead when working out)
on the second latch already but. need to save up for another |
I used to be an Ardyss distributer. I ALWAYS wear support garments. It's CRITICAL just to support your skin elasticity during weightloss. I shop discount retail outlets for vests (flexees/etc) to use for working out. I never leave home without my shapers/girdles. LOL. Yeah, I'm old.

Today is VLCD2 Everything is so easy. Shopping is easier. Cooking is easier. I still haven't perfected packing my lunch and meal times. I think I only drank one cup of water a day for the past few weeks and my body and skin has suffered. :( I just bought 3 water bottles so I will have at least 40oz done today. I have to find the 'perfect' lunch box/bag, a mandolin, and a scale that actually works, and I'll be all set.
My mistakes so far: Had a cough drop, wasn't measuring my meat...it was all under 3oz and I didn't eat a vegetable for dinner yesterday.

Nitabug--- Check Bed Bath and Beyond (don't forget the 20% off coupon) for a scale. Also, check TJMaxx or Marshalls for the waterproof bags. I'm looking for a new one myself. I bought glass storage containers there yesterday.
I doubled my water intake since last week thanks to Southern's Suggestion. LOL
I wanted wine sooooo bad....... I have a mini bottle from CostPlus in my bin in the fridge. My results are slow due to last week's issues (YEAH-- TOM is GONE) but I'm staying the coarse with the stress in all.
.5 in is AWESOME!!! Southern.

do not buy the Weight Watcher's digital scale. I bought that one when i first tried hcg and the numbers bounce around like a bobblehead. I like my trusty .5 increment digital scale
i need a mandolin, i wanna make zucchini chips tomorrow

I think the 4.8 lb difference is because of the scale/and I had clothes on. I'll get a new scale today I think:
R1 VLCD1
Today's Release: -4.8lbs
R1 VLCD2
Today's Release: -1.6lbs
R1 VLCD3
Today's Release: -3.3lbs -2.4lbs
eta: I transposed a number when subtracting
