I did the ideal protein diet for a few months. You have to eat 3 packets of powdered food a day like soup, a or a shake. Well I was on 3 Fat Chicks website and there were all types of recipes to make the packets taste good. Purees, a billion things to do with cauliflower, crab cakes etc. Because I tried different recipes, IP was the longest diet I've ever stayed on besides hCG.
Most importantly, the recipes were quick, which was my gripe about cooking. I don't have time for all that. lol. But I've learned to prep for 3-4 days so I only cook twice a week.
I started thinking i was a chef in the kitchen. Got some new knives and everything lol
I buy mostly frozen because I hate going all the way to wal-mart (the cheapest place)
once a week i get few fresh fruits and vegetables from the more expensive grocery around the corner
Really, I just wanted to learn how to do this for life
