My Round 1 begins January 1, 2013. Subcutaneous injections

Last year around this time I did a 42 day round with homeopathic drops and lost 23 lbs. Then my life fell apart and now here I am again. I was on another diet that was just as successful with the same rate of losses, but I wanted to go back to whole foods.

Another P3 correction day that works

Atkins Fat Fast 1000 calories

 

Step One: Eat Mostly Fat Begin with five 200-calorie feedings per day and follow for four or five days. Each item equals approximately 200 calories:

 

one ounce of macadamia nuts or macadamia nut butter

two ounces of cream cheese or Brie

one ounce of tuna or chicken salad with two teaspoons of mayonnaise served in one-quarter of an avocado

two deviled eggs made with two teaspoons of mayonnaise

two ounces of sour cream and two tablespoons black or red caviar

two and a half ounces whipped heavy cream topped with sucralose zero-calorie syrup

two ounces of pâté (check label for fat content)

two egg yolks (hard-boiled) with one tablespoon of mayonnaise

 

Step Two: Modify the Fat Fast If increasing the fat-to-carbohydrate ratio and cutting calories work, any dietary change in that direction might get the job done. Next, you can try four meals a day of roughly 300 calories for a total of 1,200 calories. That should work, too, and what it allows is definitely more appealing to the taste buds:

 

two ounces of beef chuck (do not drain fat) cooked in two tablespoons of olive oil

two scrambled eggs with two strips of nitrate-free bacon

two tablespoons of full-fat sour cream with a tablespoon of sugar-free syrup

one-quarter cup chicken or tuna salad made with two tablespoons of mayonnaise

three ounces of pâté (check label for fat content)

one-and-a-half ounces of macadamia nuts

 

Step Three: Return to Induction

 How I lost 10 pounds in P4 with all the details hope this help.

Basically eat regularly everyday but Sunday and Thursday. Eat meat/protein on those days


On a Sunday - SD

Morning: pot of coffee with half and half

Snack: green tea

Lunch: more coffee

Dinner: P3 way to do a SD: fried it in butter and ate it with an apple, always lost more with an apple. as much as you can eat, any where from 16-18 oz. of meat.

 

then four days later - Tuna day, here are the details from a handout I have..

 

"TO AVOID A STEAK DAY:

This method is not meant to take the place of a steak day. It is only intended to drop some weight when you are getting close to a required Steak Day.

If you see a Steak Day drawing near, you can do the following, which will usually bring your weight down a pound or so the next day.

1) Drink lots of water that day;

2) Don’t eat until lunch;

3) Have a whole can of tuna (water packed), or chicken with mayo on either lettuce or celery for lunch;

4) Have a big portion of protein for dinner with a small salad and 0-1 carbohydrate dressing (ex. Ranch);

5) If you are extremely hungry, you could also have 2 eggs for breakfast."

 

Morning: pot of coffee and half and half

snack: hard boiled egg

Lunch: 6 oz can of tuna 1/4 cup of mayo and a cup full of celery

Dinner: steak 18 oz. with a small salad with some Ranch.

 

I did this cycle two times where I did a SD on a Sunday, four days later did the Tuna and so on and so fourth. And I did NOT exercise at all.

If you’re curious, here's one of my menu's that I eat on reg. days and maintain.

 

Wake: Pot of coffee with 4T of half and half cal: 80

Bfast: Smoothie w/ 1 c of 0% Fage 1 C of blended strawberries: 210

 

snack: 1 oz of almonds and 1 cheese stick 220

 

Lunch: chicken salad 561

4oz of chick

2 bacons

2 eggs

1 oz of feta

3 c of spinish

1/4 cup of dressing

 

Snack: hard boiled egg 70

 

Dinner

Steel head filet

2T pesto

10 asparagus 445

 

Dessert: jay robb or shakeology 120

 

snack 2 c Cherrios (gluten free) 1 c soy milk 300

 

Total calories: 2080

 

notes: drink 2L of water and 30 min exercise on Treadmill

So I'm back from my trip to Disney World and I tried to do a true P3. I did have pasta,a hamburger, and a hotdog. Disney has great gluten free food so I couldn't resist. Well I could I just didn't want tooEmbarrassed All in all I think I did ok but I am def ready to get back to P2. I am doing 1 Load day today and the back to P2 tomorrow. Since I'm already 4.2 lbs over my LIW then I'm not going to go crazy with the
loading.
 
Missy- How are you? Did you go to P3? Are you about to go back into P2?

no toni i wont be loading i never load i no its a vital part of the diet but everyone is different and i dont get hungry on the hcg am just greeday as hell and wanna eat everything in sight when i see it but hungry no .. yea i know its sad that am so greedy but time to go for another round and stop thinking bout food so much so i will be starting tomorrow an am just gonna jump right into it :-)
