Yes, I am. I've modified my workout and intensity.  I normally lift hardcore but I am mostly doing HIIT workouts with a mix of strength and cardio. I am only getting 3 workouts per week this last round.  I have thyroid/adrenal issues that I'm watching.  My focus has been on food adherence versus workouts since I tend to go hard on the workouts and cheat with my meals. Ouch

I prefer to lift weights to maintain muscle mass on this diet
