No but I will tolerate some tilapia. And I am allergic to shrimp. I bought some tilapia..will see how that goes.

This round I will have to do more beef. I feel better anyway when I eat it and all my doctors tell me to eat more of it.

What kind of bbq sauce was that on your chicken I wanted to eat it through the screen lol.

Are you getting enough protein. I think if you up your protein a little you may see a difference. Do you think you need protein before you work out?

I used Trader Joe's Natural BBQ sauce.  I only added .5-1 tbsp for the illusion/flavor of bbq.  I mixed in spicey mustard before adding it to the chicken to make it go farther.  The carb content is farely low.  2TBSP = 45 cals/11carbs (why I only used half)

I saw a few items that were actually better nutrition wise than the grissini and melba. Less everything in them. Dang I have to see if I can find the name. I took them out my cart because I had visions of me eating them all in one sitting. Tried the grissini first round...learned my lesson.

Ok thanks I wonder what kind I can find at Whole Foods. I so hate to go there. I always spend so much.

I always train on an empty stomach especially in the mornings. It was hard for me to make myself drink the protein afterwards. I'm willing to try to improve my results.  I know the wine spiked my weight as it ALWAYS does.  I don't know why I didn't skip it.  It was a single serve bottle that I was saving for later.  Oh well, not buying anymore until I finish P3/P4 and get closer to goal.
