TOM seems to be easing up. Day 2 no shot and no noticable increase in hunger.  I'm starting to wonder if I should adjust dosing down even more when I resume. I need help on drinking my water.  I used to blame it on the Red Bull but I still don't drink water. Any suggestions?
 
Bfast= coffee 9am
Snack= Baked Apple (noon)
Lunch= Shrimp/cabbage (2pm)
Snack= Strawberry/lemon smoothie (4pm)
Dinner=Tilapia/asparagus before 8pm
 
I hate drinking water too. I have to gulp it down literally. I can't sip on it. So I will actually take a look at the bottle and say ok let's drink it to this point. Drink and then I do it again like a couple hours later. My goal is always to drink the 50 ounce bottle I have at work down everyday before I leave. Today I did awful so i am about to drink a ton of water right now Dead

I am celebrating the absence of TOM..... gosh.... I was becoming mentally drained just being aware it was there.... Lawdy..... another HCG lesson learned being overzealous........Now I wonder if my period will return at 28-32 days or be totally off.  Im hungrier than a MOFO now..... I had a short acting diet pill in my purse from a prescription a few months ago. I just took it cause I didn't want to eat my dinner at 5pm.  I had just had my strawberry smoothie.  I have my 30oz bottle sitting here but I swear if I'm hitting the ladies room every friggin 45 mins..... geesh.....

Hey ladies just checking in.  I’m so impressed with the commitment, encouragement and lose here.  I know this is the place to be for me.

No release today but I’m still feeling good.  My water intake has been really low, but I’ve been drinking constantly today and I think today is the last day of TOM.

Southern don’t melt away on us.  Congrats on that tiny waist.

MissyO congrats to you on the loss and light at the end of the tunnel with TOM

Jewelz YAY on feeling back on track… congrats

Toni another milestone, looking good

Sugabrown haven’t seen you yet, but hope all is well and that you’ll post soon

Ok so this morning I couldn't frickin believe my scale. I had to weigh myself like 4 times before I believed it. Confused but hey I will take a 2.8 release. I just hope it doesn't come back and mess with my head! 32 more days to go this round!

I'm so happy that all of us are here and it seems like we are all getting on the right track. Are any of you ladies on instagram? I don't post about HCG on there but I would love to follow you if you are.
 
I've decided that I am going to exercise during P2 this round. Today I'm going to this place that offers boxing cardio classes and one on one training. For some reason I really want to exercise. Ive never felt like that before..not sure what is going on. I had such an urge last night that I found an exercise routine on Demand and worked out right in my pajamas in my room. I know it might affect my losses on the scale when I start but I'm ok with that.

No release is always better than a gain. Tommorrow you will have a great release. Keep drinking that water today. I'm about to go and pick up my 50 oz bottle now..
