unfortunately i dont have any before pics from when i started working out in august but i can definitely say my body looks so much better now, i havent gained or lost any significant weight, it just looks more toned and stuff. my diet is a lot more clean too. i just want a smaller waist now but i've started waist training again so hopefully that will help. oh um sorry about the dirty mirror lol
