The scale hasn't moved much for me, so I've been trying to go sugar free until Valentine's Day. So far so good, I'm hoping it helps kick things back into action, because my activity level is still the same.
I'm OVERLY excited though that I'm trimming iiiiiiinches from my waist line though!!

Omg im down to 206!! I have been tryin to get under 210 for the LONGEST lol..but i cant stop there!!

I have not checked the scale yet...trying to give it time to kick in but I can tell my clothes are fitting bigger :). I went to GNC and got the shake mix and been doing those for breakfast and lunch with snacks in-between so hope thats helping!

i weighed today and im down 10lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
from 250 to 240 in a week and a half...yep i'm on it <3

anyway here is a pic of me about 2 weeks ago and then a pic of me about a year and a half ago..i need to get bak there asap!!!






i cant wait to get there!!!!!!!!!!! the from there to 175 woot woot!!!

Ok just weighed in..still at 206..i've been sticking to my diet. But off and on with the wowrkouts..i've started back up last week tho so im trying to keep it up. Im just glad im not back at 210

I wish I would've known about this challenge earlier! I started out at 210, and now I'm somwhere between 170-165.  See my progess here: http://www.teambeachbody.com/NaturalBeachBod I will weigh less than 150 by or before this summer!!!!
