The thing that discourages (well not really discourage but make me be lazy lol) me about working it is the fact they say most of your weight loss come from eating right...you can eat right and not work out and still drop pounds but you can't eat bad and work out and still lose. Plus I don't like lifting weights because I like to see the number on the scale go down...I know it helps tone you and make you look more fit but I need to see the number drop before I start building muscle!

D.treadmill, elliptical, cycling, running/walking..hell even dancing...there are plenty of things...

Question: What day do you all weigh in? I am trying to thing of the best day. I thought Monday would be  good day but I do not want to be depressed after the weekend so then I was thinking Friday but I was like that might give me motivation to blow it the weekend. Then I even thought about Sunday...Ok so what are your ideas?

i always weigh on sundays...its my everything day..wash day for hair and laundry, meal planning day, ironing day, cleaning day, church day  relax/me time day and weigh in day!  i dont get depressed over my weight...try measuring on your weigh in days more than likely even when the scale dont move the measuring tape does...inches baby inches!

I down 4 lbs already.yay me!..still a lil slack n the workouts but i am eating right and upped my water intake..keep it up ladiesl!!

so i havent weighed yet :( my scale has been broken and i cant afford another one due to christmas shopping but as soon as i weigh i will let you all know. i know i gained 10 pounds back from what i lost back in may so i weigh atleast 244 (sigh) im eating better but i need to commit to my wrkouts...1 hour a day is not that hard... good job on dropping weight ladies!
