Yes Chelsea Settles changed so much! I was like dang thats what I need to do. People say they use Jennifer Hudson for motivation but she doesn't have the body i want. I always want to be "thick" just not "big"...I am going to go look at the tweak team now...

i' feel like this week for me could have been better..like you so sweet ive been maintaining and not losing which sucks...i need to step up my workouts increase my water and be a little more vigilant when eating...i need some motivation as well...we'll see how the rest of this week goes and then i'll start fresh on monday..this is harder than it seems..my first 25 pounds seemed so easy to lose..(sighs) judiblu im at the gym this weekend too...keep going guys..its worth the struggle..atleast i ope it will be lol

Yep the first about 20 were easy..I am really struggling now but I have to push through it...I want to see 195 by March! I take my comps for my master's program the week before Spring Break...I'd love to pass and go celebrate with my new body!!

Someone said something that makes sense that I figured I should share with you all as we work towards our goals together...Losing weight makes you look good in clothes...working out makes you look good without them. Not saying I want to run around naked because that for sure is not the case...how ever I do need to up my workouts to prevent saggy skin so I can not just look smaller but my body needs to be on point!
