Me too...I have been stuck between 227 and 240 for so long...I lose it I gain it I lose it I gain it...I am so tired of playing with these 13 pounds! I think once I see 219ish I will be motivated to knock it out.

We really have to keep each other motivated...I know this is just the internet but I know for me the people around me do not know how I feel! Everyone keep saying you have lost a lot you should stop there but I really want to see myself out of the 200's.

Yes ladies! Forget what everybody else says we are doing not just for looks but for health.. My aunt was just diagnosed with congestive heart failure last week! That's the problem with us black folks, I promised myself to workout atleast 4 times a week. They wonder why white people live until they are 100, that's because they exercise until they are 99! Lol...

But anyways, I am out of the 220's! Sitting steady between 217.5-218 so I never plan on seeing a 22-nothing on the scale. It's time that I buckle down and get serious because no one is gonna do this for me... I started taking my weight once a week on Sunday so I will make sure I post it in here too.

i will have an update 2moro after i weigh myself..praying that i lost atleast 3 pounds..then again i havent weighed since the disaster they call thanksgiving occured lol..lets just hope i havent gained any weight.

I'm sitting at 217 flat.. Which is good considering how I ate this week, which was bad!!!

ok so this week has been nothing but BAD...i havent't been to the gym all week Cry...we are ridiculously short on ppl at my job so i've been workin 12-16 hrs shifts for 6 DAMN DAYS STRAIGHT!!..i feel like a Censoreding zombie right now...BUT i have been on track with my eating..its been a whole 2 weeks since i bought anything out the vending machines at work (which was my biggest problem!)I work nights and i still try not to eat heavy durning that time by eating nothing but fruits and my special k bars....still going strong on drinking noting BUT water too (2 months)!! but i could drink MORE of it...im off this weekend, thank God, so i WILL be at the gym!!! PRAY FOR ME YALL!!
