So this is a continuation thread for the 200+ ladies who are looking to drop that weight! Same topics, same people, new thread! Post inspirations, goals, pics, tips, tricks and updates! bad eating habits has lead me to gain a couple pounds back :( im so very disappointed because i know i ca do better. im taking a deep breath and refocusing my efforts to attain this goal..2moro is a new day..new start..

^^^Same here, girl. I know I can pick better choices, but I'm influenced by my family sadly. I hate cooking so I gotta find something healthy, fast and good.

My update Video. As of today I am 273 lbs, I really do need to work out
more, but I am juggling alot trying finish my twists so i can workout
without being bothered with my hair,School work/projects/college
forms/tours etc etc  . So trying to fit in a 20 min Julian Micheals dvd really seems impossible nowadays.

OMG THANKS LADIES...I AM 250+ and i have started a blog. yall have inspired me.
Maybe you ladies can start blogs and we can all follow each other on the blogs.
I went to work out today and after i finished..i was hungry!! so i went and got a half turkey avacado sammach  and a smoothie...ima stop drinking the smoothie becuz im full!!!
what are yall eating today..

I will join in. I have lost 15lbs in the last 2 months with healthy eating and exercise. My initial goal is 245. I haven't set a target date for that weight I just want to get there asap. Once there I will work towards 195. I would really like to get to 245 by June, and work from there.

GEESH!!!!!! Staying motivated it SOOO difficult, school, looking for a job, internships ETC ETC ETC, emotional problems, dog is dying, dudes acting crazy... ITS SOOOOO MUCH!!!
How do you guys stay motivated, how to you stay consistent, how do you not let "circumstances" get in the way of your progress??
***PLUS: the pizza, the chicken, the pasta...it be calling my name...****

I have been sick for the last couple of days with Strep Throat  , so i havent been able to workout or let alone get out of bed.

me personally, working out in the AM is the best way. I think starting tomorrow i will be doing some of the bodyrock workouts and maybe some of my own weighted stuff (i can post it if you guys are interested)
