Yeah I thought she had him lifted with his chest up to the railing but they showed the reenactment and she had him standing with his own two little feet at the top of the railing and he fell a total of 25 feet. She must have been an irresposible mother all around cuz ain't no damn way anyone in their right mind...Confused

If the zoo didn't have a sign saying not to stand on the railing would she be able to sue?
 
I can't believe she just stood her baby there like that, how is he supposed to keep his balance on a rail when he probably has only been walking for a year at the most.

I doubt she would be able to sue.
A reasonable person should know to exercise care when it comes to high places and babies.
