does anyone do these? ive been doing them since this week LOL and combined with healthy eating my weight seems to be decreasing dramatically. idk if my scale is tripping though or if my body really does respond well to me breaking my workout up and essentially always keeping my metabolism up.

working out twice a day. i sometimes do 30 mins minimum in the morning and take a class in the afternoon or something, or weights. i just split it up.

I doesn't give results twice as fast but you do burn more calories.
 
I also do 2-a days. Sometimes i'll do 2 workouts right after the other. Like 1 hour cardio and 45 of weight training. Or if Im REALLY feeling it, i'll do another cardio session that night.

Sometimes I do break-up my cardio and weight training sessions, if I don't have time in the morning.
 
 
ITA goodm3, working out twice a day does not guarantee faster results...you just burn more calories.
 
Quality is better than quantity.

Sometimes I do.  When I do my regular workout early in the morning I might do light cardio in the evening.  I never really do 2 full workouts in one day.

I do it sometimes and for me, i see results faster but I have to be consistent. Its hard to stay on it because you can burn out on workouts quicker and for me I dont have a gym to go to so it happens.
