Completed day 2

Breakfast- Yerba Mate tea with Splenda

Snack- Black coffee with Splenda

Lunch-several slices of ham and some cherries

Dinner- Steak with tomatoes

I switched the lunch and dinner because it was just not practical to have a steak for lunch.
I'm down another  1.5 lbs Big smile  

Thanks for the encouragement ladies!

simlar to a low carb high protein diet really!

Yes, it is a bit like Atkins, but less fat and you get to have frruits which s always what throws me off the wagon with Atkins.

Breakfast- Yerba Mate with Splenda
Snack- black coffee with Spelnda
Lunch- Ham and tomatoes
Dinner- 2 boiled eggs and cucumber

I've been making changes to fit my lifestyle and so far so good.
Down another lb today!Big smile

My co-worker did it for 4days and on day five she collapsed at work in the morning coz her sugar levels were very low.  She lost 4kg though and she stopped.  I'm a bit scared.

Oh dear! Was she hypoglycemic to begin with?

 I modified it a bit, so I only lost five pounds. I only did it for 5 days.  I took days 6 and 7 off.  Had whatever I  wanted including alcohol, chocolates,baguette with honey etc.  I regained a half pound.  So for 5 days of dieting I have a net loss of 4.5 pounds.  Not as great as I hoped but still pretty good. 

I'm back on it this week.
