The vendor does have the right to be upset since she did compromised the hair by leaving the developer that long on the hair. So the complain about tangling can be the reviewer own fault.   Can't always say that hair is a bad batch.

I left developer on for 4 hours. I was told that it was less damaging than bleach. It worked fine for me. the hair is soft and no tangles. It is a beautiful light carmel brown without being brassy or orange.  I think 12 hours is excessive and I agree that the vendor should be pi$$ed.

This right here....The hair was sh***y but at the same breathe gorgeous. She made it seem like she miraculously brought life to the hair after putting argon oil but yet left 40 volume developer on it for more than a work day. naaaaah. saying she still wanted to do it because the owner was nice.Confused

DID THIS BISH JUST SAY "MORE THAN A WORK DAY"???? DeadCryLOL

After it is done oxidizing it will not lift the color any further. the volume indicates the number of minutes basically. So after 40-45 mins you will see no change in lift with 40 vol developer. By then it's just water... literally.

If she didn't want to do the review then why did she do it? The owner being cool with someone is not the criteria for reviewing hair. And if it was tangling then that means you sure as heck shouldn't do anything like LEAVE DEVELOPER ON IT FOR 12 hours....wth!
